My game froze up. Do I get a refund?

Our game server features a card management system that keeps all the bingo cards centrally located. What you see on your computer is simply a graphical representation of those cards... not the actual cards themselves. In the event of Internet instabilities, which might cause your applet to freeze up, the card management system will continue monitoring your cards and will credit you with the win if you had the winning card. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued when your applet freezes. If the game server ever freezes, then everyone who purchased cards for that game will be refunded double for their purchase, provided the game does not end. Please open a ticket and keep the game number, time and pattern handy to request this. If in doubt as to which happened (your applet froze or if the game server froze) ask any CM or your fellow bingo players in the chat room.

How do I collect my winnings?

Jackpot prizes are deposited directly into a Player's Account every time a player wins our game. For games where there is more than one winner (multiple simultaneous winners) the jackpots are shared evenly amongst all the winners of a game.

Players can request a Payout only under the following conditions:

• Players can request a payout from their winnings or cash balances only.
• All deposits must be in good standing. The B1ngo.com™ Corporation reserves the right to withhold any such payments without prior written notice or notification, until all financial transactions have been settled and cleared, for the purpose of game winnings verification and account investigations or to receive the required documentation from their customers.

• Players must provide correct contact information when they register their account. Use of any invalid information including, but not limited to phone numbers, names, addresses, email addresses, and payment accounts is grounds for non-payment, payment-cancellation, and possible forfeiture of winnings and might possibly result in closure of the account.
• Withdrawals are reviewed from 2 to 4 business days upon receipt. Keep in mind that our accounting department processes requests from Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST.

What are the rules?

Unlike a Bingo hall where a Player can YELL Bingo and halt the Game immediately, Internet Bingo is played across the globe in many different time zones through a large network of interconnected routers and satellite connections. Although there are times when the Internet runs smoothly and network traffic arrives to it's destination on time, there are a number of factors that can prevent data from arriving.
   
   • Dropped connections - This can be when a players dialup connection to their ISP times out because they were on too long, or because someone picks up a second phone while connected via dialup or other situations that will terminate their connection to their ISP. Sometimes, ISP's have network problems that inhibit or prevent network traffic from reaching their destinations.
   • System Hang-ups - Occurs when the program encounters a situation that prevents it from working or is terminated abnormally by Windows operating systems, although this can happen with any computer system. We have analyzed this for B1ngo.com ™ and have determined that this happens about 0.001% (or 1 in every thousand) of all the games played.
   • Internet Routing Issues - Sometimes there is network congestion on the Internet that prevents or inhibits network traffic from arriving at its destination. You may have experienced this while surfing the net on your browser after you click on an active link and nothing happens. Sometimes pressing reload will clear this problem.
   • Socket Errors- Socket errors occur when situation (1) or (3) occur and indicates a poor or non-functioning Internet connection.
2. Our developers produce �work-arounds� to these issues in order to deliver a Bingo game to our players that will guarantee that the money they spend is well invested. We want to ensure that when a player purchases a game card they have every chance of winning and that the outcome of the game is NOT affected by the:

   • Speed of one players internet connection over the other player or
   • Physical location on the globe
3. Game System Protocol
   
   • The Game Server Starts a New game by selecting the Game type and pattern for the next game.
   • The Game server enables player card purchasing.
   • The Players manually select their game cards from a deck of 30,000 unique bingo cards.
   • Players purchase their desired cards. The purchase requests are sent to the game server.
   • The game server receives the purchase requests from the players and enters their selected cards into the game. The server sends an acknowledgement back to the player telling the player that their cards have been purchased, and entered into the game.
   • 5 to 25 Seconds before game start time the game server suspends further card purchasing.
   • The game server waits an additional 15 seconds to make sure that all purchase requests have been completed and properly entered into the system.
   • The game server then generates 75 numbers between 1 and 75 using the systems random number generator.
   • The game server then systematically applies the random calls to each of the player purchased bingo cards and cross-checks each card with the winning pattern. With this procedure the game server has now determined the number of winning bingo cards in the deck of player purchased cards and at which call the cards have won.
   • The game server then broadcasts all of the calls to the player’s game clients (both Flash & windows version).
   • The player's game client software receives this information and begins calling the numbers.
   • Calls are presented to the user every 5 to 10 seconds.
   • Players can then play and chat with other players knowing that in the event of any system, or telecommunications interruption their cards have been fairly entered into the game and that in each case the true game winner (or winners) will be awarded the prize.

   The outline provided here shows that our game system is fair and completely random. Players are presented with random cards which they can select at random. The 75 calls for the game are generated randomly AFTER the card sales have closed. The only factor that enters into determining a winner is the cards that players select on their own. There are no external or internal factors that assist or deter people from winning - it is purely a combination of card selection strategy and luck. Players are always credited with wins regardless of program or network problems during a game in progress.

4. Admission reserved

   B1ngo.com™ reserves the right to disable any accounts that are suspicious of running software that in any way changes the odds, or any other suspicious activity. When a customer has successfully created an account she/he agrees with all the terms of the site, including that management can close any account without notice.

Who can participate?

1. Account holders must have attained the legal age of majority and recognition as an adult in their country of residence (18 years of age in most countries) in order to play. Minors are not allowed to play the games found on B1ngo.com under any circumstances. Must read and consent to all of the Participating Rules and must have authorization to use a valid credit card acceptable to B1ngo.com™.
2. Participation will require that Players register with B1ngo.com™ by correctly completing the registration details and offering a full name, address, city, zip code or postal code, state or province, country, e-mail address (if any) and telephone number. For any subsequent participation, a Player must login with their Player ID (provided by B1ngo.com™) and the Player password.
3. Games will be offered at approximately 2 (two) minutes after completion of a previous game. B1ngo.com™ has exclusive authority to modify the Game schedule without prior notice.
4. Any Player who wins a Prize has a game ID on the window, which will identify a specific win. The Player is responsible for the preserving of any game ID numbers in case of a claim.
5. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the Game Variation as it is recorded in B1ngo.com 's database, and that recorded by the Player, the Calls recorded in the B1ngo.com™ game server shall be considered valid.
6. All Winnings will be void if for any reason payment is not received by B1ngo.com™ or if there is an applicable charge-back at a later date. B1ngo.com™ reserves the right to limit any Player's participation in the site, particularly in the event that a Purchase is rendered void.
7. Prizes will be deposited into the Player's Account.
8. The balance of a Winners Account will be mailed upon a request by the Player, to the mailing address provided at registration.
9. Employees of the B1ngo.com™ Corporation and their relatives are prohibited from participating in the Games.
10. Players can request a Payout only under the following conditions:
    
    
    • Players can request a payout from their winnings only. The amounts cannot exceed their Player Account cash balance, which must be in good standing. The B1ngo.com™ Corporation reserves the right to withhold any such payments until all financial transactions have been settled and cleared.
    • NOTE: Under no circumstances will the B1ngo.com™ Corporation issue payment from a winner's account to an address other that which corresponds to the address in the player's registration information.

Free Money Rules

Please do not attempt to defraud us in any way including setting up multiple accounts; if you do so all monies in those accounts will be forfeited, including winnings in case of a deposit. Free money is only available to play the bingo games.

If your winnings are based on free money, you need to know how this works:

• If you have winnings on free money that you wish to withdraw, you need to be an active player for 30 days, and play at least $10 per day.
• The maximum that can be withdrawn from a free money account is $100. Minimum to be withdrawn is $50 (Plus fee). If there is a remaining balance after a withdrawal based on free money that amount will be deleted and the balance will be zeroed
• Chat bonuses and any other promos will not be applied to persons who have never deposited.
• Also you will need to have wagered over 10 times the free money.

One last thing is that the free money is not available for withdrawal, so you cannot request the portion that corresponds to the free money. Only the winnings on the bonus money are available for withdrawal.

Players who have not made a deposit are not eligible for chat win points and money transfers from other players.

Only one account per household or IP address is permitted. We could allow accounts from the same IP (spousal, family, roommate) under the following conditions:

• Both Players will have separate funding methods. The name on the method of funding must match that registered in the account.
• The second account must be registered at a different IP address from the first one. After that, both account holders can play from the same IP address.
• Office must be informed as soon as second account is registered. Either the first or the second account holder must open a ticket and provide both player aliases so we can leave a note in the accounts to avoid disabling of one or both accounts.
• Each account holder is responsible for the use of his/her account. Accounts in which it is noted that one player is using it to either play in both accounts, or to abuse in any way the deposit/payout/bonus system might result in the disabling of one or both accounts.

Bonus Rules

• Bonus money is not available for withdrawal, so you cannot request the portion that corresponds to the bonus money. Only the winnings on the bonus money are available for withdrawal.
• Bonus money is only available to play the bingo games. All others games can only be played with money from deposits or winnings.
• Players must spend 95% of there deposit, OR wager 15 times their deposit amount in order to OBTAIN, the BONUS (Please note that casino games do not count as wagers to obtain the bonus, therefore it will take longer for the bonus to qualify). Players who cash out any winnings prior to having met wagering requirements will have their bonus cancelled. Your Bonus balance may not be cashed out but can be used to play our games only any winnings resulting from using your bonus will become available in your cash balance and can then be cashed out. Please note that your cash balance will always be used first and can be used to play any of our games your our system will always play the banking balance before it starts playing our bonus balance; your banking balance is the balance you are able to cash out.

Legality

The chat room is a place we provide for our players to enjoy a good time with fellow roomies in a community environment.
